Shipping & Returns
Please contact us before ordering if your shipping address is in region: Ascension Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, China, Caroline Islands, Canary Islands, Cuba, French West Indies - Martinque, Hong Kong, Macau, Mongolia or Wake Island.
Please contact us if you want to order more than 15 items: we may be able to give you a shipping discount.
All orders are packed carefully at our shops in Hong Kong and all orders are sent by Hong Kong post.
Return & Refund Policy
While we hope you will be happy with our products, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, please first contact us by email: Tea@Teatime.com.hk
Our sales team will assist you promptly and to advise how you would return your products to us (depending on your location) and we would also advise about the detail of the refund process.
Please note: we do not accept any Returns and Refund request 14 days after the products has arrived to your shipping address.
Notice for EU customers
EU customers have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to return items for any reason. From the day of cancellation. EU customers will be refunded within 14 days after receiving back the ordered product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Notice for International Orders
Customers placing international orders will be responsible for all import taxes.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
You must take all reasonable care of the goods and return them in its original and undamaged condition.
We are not responsible for any physical loss or damage of the goods during return transit.
Consumables, perishables or goods that are affected by hygiene are not eligible for return.
We reserve the rights not to accept a return if they do not satisfy the conditions stated in the return policy.
