Membership
1. What is the benefit of registering as a TeaTime member ?
Once your membership is activated, 5% member disocunt will be entitled for your online order immediately. Moreover, promotion e-coupon, member newsletter, special gifts, trial packs will also be provided for TeaTime members only. For details, please see Member privilege.
2. I have already registered as a member, but cannot log in the online system, why ?
This may be because your membership has not been activated. You should receive our Membership confirmation email at the email account you used for member registration. Just follow the instruction shown in the email to complete Membership confirmation process, so as to activate your membership.

Receiving and display of e-mail
1. I do not receive Membership confirmation email or other emails from TeaTime. What can I do ?
If the email you used for member registration is at Yahoo! or Hotmail, all emails from TeaTime may be put into the Spam folder at Yahoo!, or Junk E-Mail folder at Hotmail. You can try to find and open our email in this folder, then report to service provider that this is not a junk email by clicking Not spam at Yahoo! or Not Junk at Hotmail. Please also add our email address as a contact record in your phone book. After doing this, you can receive our email smoothly.
However, if you do not receive our Membership confirmation email within 2 hours after registration, please contact us.
2. I received e-mails from TeaTime. However, all the text cannot be displayed properly. What can I do ?
All email from TeaTime is encoded in UTF-8 (Unicode), which can be displayed correctly by most of the web mail service provider.
If the email you received from TeaTime cannot be displayed correctly, this may be caused by wrong decoding. You can try to change the encoding method of your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer or Netscape) to UTF-8. However, if the email is still displayed incorrectly after doing this, this may be because your web mail service provider, such as Hotmail, does not support UTF-8 encoding. For this, you may ask your web mail service provider to help, or use another email address for member registration at TeaTime.

Shopping & Payment method
1. Do I have to register as a member to place an order online ?
No, you can order our quality product(s) through our web site, by phone, by fax or by email whatever you are a TeaTime member or not. If you register as our member, other than enjoying special member discount, products updates, and promotion news, you can also enjoy fast checkout service without inputting billing and delivery details everytime.
2. I am a member, but the member price is not shown, why ?
This may be because you have not logged in to our online system. First of all, you must make sure that your membership was activated. At Member Centre area, input the email address you used for registration, and your password, then click the Login button. If login is successful, your name , member point, and entitled discount information will be shown at Member Information area.
3. Can I choose to pay in US dollor (US$) or Hong Kong dollar (HK$) ?
Yes, you can pay in US$ or HK$ as you wish if you are going to make payment by Paypal, including most of credit cards, or by Telegraphic transfer (T/T).
4. How can I change currency to US$ or HK$ ?
You can change the currency by clicking a currency symbol (US$ or HK$) on the top of Shopping cart, which is shown on the right column when you natvigate at Products & Services.
5. Do I have to pay by a credit card immediately after placing an online order ?
No, credit card through Paypal is only one of the payment methods we accept. You can pay by cash on delivery, C.O.D. (for delivery to Hong Kong only, excluding outlying islands), bank transfer/deposit in advance, or telegraphic transfer (T.T.) in advance. For details, please refer to Pay & Delivery, or Contact us.
6. If I order a large amount of items, can I get a special discount ?
Yes, special discount is available for bulk order or non-profitable organizations in case by case. Please contact us for details.

Delivery service
1. Is FREE delivery service provided in Hong Kong ?
Yes, FREE local delivery service is provided in Hong Kong (excluding outyling islands) for each order of HK$150 (US$20) or above. This service covers all commercial and non-commercial areas, including commercial/industrial buildings, community centres, hospitals, schools, and residential buildings, etc.
2. I am not in Hong Kong, do you provide overseas delivery service ?
Yes, overseas delivery service is provided. Our online system will calculate the delivery charge of EMS (courier service) according to the delivery address you provided when you check out. If you want to use another economic way of delivery, such as general air mail, please contact us to arrange before placing an order.
Important note: Due to the difference in law, please make sure that the product(s) you ordered can be imported at the country/region of recipient before you place an order. All delivery charge does NOT include any tax at the country/region of recipient. He/She will have to pay for all tax(es) imposed when receiving. Please see Pay & Delivery for details.
3. When will I receive the goods after placing an order ?
All order placed on or before 17:00 (Hong Kong time, GMT +8) will be processed on the same business day, and will be shipped out on next business day.
For delivery to commercial/industrial areas in Hong Kong, goods will be delivered within next 2 business days. That means order today and get it tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, in general. However, if an order is placed on Friday or just before a Hong Kong public holiday, goods will be delivered on next Monday or next business day. If recipient address is in Tseun Kwan O, Sai Kung, Tung Chung, Hong Kong International Airport, other remote area, or non-commercial/non-industrial buildings, such as hospitals, schools, community centres, shopping mall, or residential buildings, it may take 2~5 business days for delivery.
For overseas delivery, the delivery time will vary based on recipient address and the shipping method you choose. For details, please refer to Pay & Delivery, or contact us.

1. I have a shop, and want to sell TeaTime products. Do you provide distribution service ?
Yes, we provide distribution service for local or overseas retail shops. On top of supplying products, product leaflet and sales training is also available. If you would like to become a TeaTime Retailer, please contact us.
